      Dear Athletes, It has been a pleasure exercising with you over the last few weeks. I leave tomorrow for Level 5 HT!!! Not sure of internet access, so I may not be able to log in. I so enjoyed exercising with you every day or when ever possible. Would welcome walking the Appalachian trail maybe in a future Heel 2 Heal Marathon. Love and Light to each of you!!

    FAQs and GUIDELINES:

    1. We believe in the honor system. You don't have to use a device to prove your miles!

    2. LOTS of intentional activity -- dancing, swimming, yoga-ing, and many more -- can be converted to miles. Just select the option that matches up with your activity best! Note: All conversions are based on a translation of steps into hour/mile. For example, an hour of moderate cycling will register as 4.83 miles on the route, while the same period of breaststroke will register as 5.14 miles. If you use a step counter while you are intentionally walking or running, just enter those as steps and we’ll convert them too!

    3. If you finish the route early, KEEP ON LOGGING and become an ultramarathoner! You'll be added to a new leaderboard and can continue to compete and rack up mileage until the event officially closes!

    4. Only mileage added before the challenge officially closes will count in the leaderboards. Check the top of the About Section for race dates!

    5. Last but not least, Racery is more fun if you log activities as part of a group, comparing progress with friends and colleagues. With LOTS of people participating in this event joining a group can make a big difference. Go to the Athletes tab, click the group you’d like to join, and select “race with this group.” OR create your own group by adding one to your bio!
